Understanding your Purpose in life
What is your Purpose in Life?
As plane and direct as the question may seem, not everyone has the answer to this question. What is your goal in life? What do you exist for? What can you accomplish? Where do you start from and where do you end are all questions we feed our minds with when trying to figure out what to with ourselves. Having a sense of purpose in life is one of the many things we need to settle and take time personally to think about so that we don’t end up astray or misguided. Most people have the mental idea that getting a job, earning your salary, getting promoted and then retiring is all you can do is what life has chosen for you. There’s nothing wrong with getting a job and working under someone but you really need to ask yourself this question, ‘Is there nothing else I can do?’. Of course there is. You just have to make the decision whether you want to do something worth-while. Life doesn’t revolve around just getting high earning job and moving on from there. No. You must know that as long as you work under someone and rely on that person to feed yourself and earn some cash, you might only end up achieving lesser which could blind you from seeing your purpose in life. In order to figure out your sense of purpose, some of the following tips are things you’ll be needing to place you on the right track:
1. What exactly do you want to achieve?
Figuring out what you want and making plans to accomplish them is the number one thing you need to consider before asking yourself anything else. Perhaps you want to start a business of some sort? Write it down and make out plans to attain this goal.
2. Seek guidance and advice
As perfect as your plan might seem, you still need to get advice and insight from someone else’s perspective or point of view. This factor can not only help benefit you with more ideas but can help solidify them. Speaking to someone you believe might help improve your planning structure might help you.
3. Take necessary steps
After making sure your goals are set in place, you need to start taking steps as to achieving it. For example, you wish to start a business. Now as we all know, in order to start a successful business, you need capital or resources to back it up which of course, leads you to getting a job. Doing this is not a problem as all you have to do is save some cash, however, most people that tend to start a business through this process end up failing as they are unable to save money due to one reason or the other and thus can and thus are unable to take a step in fulfilling this goal. If you choose to have a business or do something pertaining to your goal, you need to be diligent enough to save some percentages of money to start of no matter how small it may seem.

4. Pick out the right time
Now that you have a goal and have taken the appropriate action and steps needed to achieving it, you need to pick out a right timing that works best for you. You need to know when you’re ready to put things in motion and get a start-of.
5. Go through your plans again and make sure you do your research incase there’s anything you can’t seem to understand.
6. Make that goal become a reality by putting it into motion.
This are some of the tips I believe should help guide you in having a purpose driven goal. You should start considering what your aim and goal is and how to achieve them no matter what.
